After a month full of prehistoric sharks, incredible familys and ex-boyfriends who are actually spies, it’s time to renew our billboard with some new premieres. It seems september comes full of comedy, but not only laughs is what we will get.
Let’s start with the most hyped films:
THE NUN (2018) Corin Hardy/Terror: September 7th
Simoultanesly released in USA and Spain, The Nun is a The conjuring spin-off focused on the main character’s stalking demonic shape. When a young nun kills herself in a convent in Romania, Vatican sends a priest with a dark past and a novice in the path of taking his vowes. The convent will turn into a battle between forces of Life and Death.
EVERYBODY KNOWS (2018) Asghar Farhadi/Thriller. September 14th
This thriller, coproduced by Spain and France, it’s the story of a young spanish’s comeback from Buenos Aires to her hometown in Spain. What it was supposed to be a short family visit will be disrupted due to some unexpected evens that will altered their lifes forever. This film has a great casting, leaded by Penélope Cruz, Javier Bardem and Ricardo Darín, who will be supported by another great actor like Eduard Fernández or Barbara Lennie.
THE PREDATOR (2018) Shane Black/Action. September 14th
The next Predator film, the saga which started in 1987, comes to Spain from director Shane Black, trying to make up their last flop Predators. When a young boy accidentally triggers the universe’s most lethal hunters’ return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.
JOHNNY ENGLISH STRIKES AGAIN (2018) David Kerr/Comedy. September 21st
Rowan Atkinson is back as the pitifulest British Secret Service’s agent ready to bring unexpected events and a lot of laughts. After a cyber-attack reveals the identity of all of the active undercover agents in Britain, Johnny English is forced to come out of retirement to find the mastermind hacker.

Diane Keaton leads in Book club (sept 14th) with the events that happens to her friends after they decide to read 5o shados of Grey.
If you rather like war films, your film is The captain (sept 21st). A young soldier disguises himself with an SS Captain uniform driving him to a batallion he must leads through all the horror.
